A2. Ring dip: AMRAP -1 x 3.

WOD

Complete 4 rounds of:

30 seconds DB right arm walking lunge for distance (Every 6ft = 1 pt)

30 seconds DB left arm walking lunge for distance(Every 6ft = 1 pt)

30 seconds rest

60 seconds max rep plank burpee box jump (NTE 24/20″)

30 seconds rest

60 seconds max rep wall ball

30 seconds rest

Post best deadlift x 8, best single set of dips & overall score.

    Jon showed awesome composure in this workout… As the clock was clicking down he found his rhythm for double unders and had a sprint finish for the stadium climb to record a final rep!! Finding the rhythm with a ticking clock and high heart rate is not easy!!!
