AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
Row 200m
Russian KBS x 12
Burpees x 8 AFAP
One person working at a time each person moves through a full round & then the other partner completes the round. Partners may use different KBs as needed.
Post score of OHS 8rep + 2 rep=sum these two sets, total rounds completed as a team with KB load.
