Strength/Skill Development
A1. DB Split squat @ 2011; 8-10 x 3. Rest 1 min b/w legs
A2. Narrow grip high-pull @ 21×1; 6-8 x 3.
Partner WOD
Each partner completes 8 rounds of:
6 Inverse burpees
10 slammers
While one partner is working on the inverse burpees & slammers the other partner completes max rep double unders.
Post overall time & total double unders as a team.
