Rest 30s

A2. Dumbbell press 8, 4, 8, 4, 8, 4

Rest 90s

WOD

400m row immediately followed by:

3 rounds of:

5 Sumo deadlifts (~70-80% of today’s best double NTE 225/165lbs)

10 plank burpees

15 low box jumps (NTE 20/16″)

Immediately following the 3 rounds complete:

400m run

for time.

Post best SDL x 2, DB Press x 4 & overall time.
