Hang power clean: 12 minutes to build to a tough double

WOD

AMRAP 15 minutes:

Partner 1: 350m row

Partner 2: Inverse burpee x 5, Slammers x 10

One person on a rower, switch after one partner has completed the other has completed the Inv burpees & 10 slammers.

Post best HPC x 2 & overall distance rowed as a team in the 15 minutes.

    I have a quick question. I am about to order a pair of oly lifting shoes does anyone have any suggestions. Nike is out since Nike shoes have never really fit well on me. I am eyeballing the again faster shoes, the new reebok crossfit oly shoes, and the adidas weightlifting trainers. If anyone has any of these shoes and can give an opinion that would be awesome. Thanks alot

    Great to hear from you! I personally use the Penlay shoes b/c well, they were free. They do the job, and I have never worn others. From talking with others I hear good reviews of the adidas shoes & the reebok are said to be good for weightlifting in a mixed modal sense….so they cross over well for snatching & rope climbs for example. Vs the other brands are better in a weightlifting only situation.

      Thanks a lot I appreciate any help I can get. Another quick question the Adidas are called trainers on the web site does that mean they can’t be used in competitions? Or is that just a name they gave them? I was just wondering.

  • Brad…just the name. I have seen plenty of individuals use them in comps.
