A. Thruster: Build to a single from the floor in 15 minutes

B. Ring row @ 21×1; 8-10 x 3. Rest 60s

WOD

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

1-4 UB thruster ladder @ 60-70%today’s best NTE 135/95lbs

(Do 1 thruster set the bar down, 2 thrusters set it down, 3 thrusters set it down, 4 thrusters then you go back to 1 thruster & work your way back up the ladder.)

Post best thruster x 1, total reps & load used.
