A. DB Rev lunge @ 20×1; 6-8/leg x 3. Rest 60s b/w legs.

B. 10 minutes of handstand practice. Play & get inverted. Use a wall, free-standing with a partner, etc.

WOD

30 double unders
20 Sit-ups
10 Renegade row box step ups (5/leg)

Cash out:3 attempts Max L-sit. Rest 90s

Post best DB rev lunge x 8, overall time w/DB load & best L-sit in seconds.
