A2. Single arm DB upright row @ 21×1; 6-8 x 4

Partner WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

250m row
Air squats x 15

One rower per team. The partner must finish the row & air squats before the other partner begins the row.

Post best BS x 3, total distance rowed as a team in 12 minutes.
