A1. Push-press 7, 5, 3, 7, 5, 3

A2. Strict pull-up AMRAP-1 x 3

B. Single arm DB walking lunge x 20 steps x 4 (Switch arms @ 10 steps). Rest 60s b/w sets.

WOD

Six sets for max reps of:
20 seconds of Russian KBS
10 seconds of Rest
20 seconds of Burpees
10 seconds of Rest

Post best PPx3, best set/total pull-ups, heaviest DB & overall reps/KB load.
