Today marks 4 years of marriage for myself & Corey. It’s been quite an adventure thus far. I am beyond thankful for the support & encouragement. He is the one who over 5.5 years ago encouraged me to get off the elliptical & try out this thing called “CrossFit”. I definitely had no clue just how life changing that first workout of overhead walking lunges & burpees was going to be. About six months later he encouraged me to start coaching some girls I was taking classes with. Soon there after I started researching what was involved to own & run a CF affiliate. And well….here we are today.

Hang power clean + 3 front squats EMOM for 10 min @ 70-80% last week’s HPC double. (Wave loading is appropriate here-small jumps up & down minute to minute keeping between 70 & 80%). Focus on perfect technique & standing quickly out of the squats.
