B. Hang power snatch: 2 reps EMOM for 10 minutes @ 70-80% of max. (wave loading is appropriate-inc & dec based upon feel from minute to minute. Load should feel challenging after a few sets, but goal is to practice good movement patterns for the lift so adjust load accordingly.)
8 minute AMRAP of:
8 thrusters (60-70% multi-rep thruster NTE 115/65lbs)
8 burpees over bar
