Strength/Skill Development
A. Behind the neck press @ 2111; 6-9 x 3 sets @ 80% effort. Rest 90s.
B. Hang power snatch: 2 reps EMOM for 10 minutes @ 70-80% of max. (wave loading is appropriate-inc & dec based upon feel from minute to minute. Load should feel challenging after a few sets, but goal is to practice good movement patterns for the lift so adjust load accordingly.)

8 minute AMRAP of:
8 thrusters (60-70% multi-rep thruster NTE 115/65lbs)
8 pull-ups
8 burpees over bar
Post score as total reps completed (24 possible reps per round) & thruster load used with any other modifications.
