A. Power clean 1.1.1 (Rest 10s b/w reps). Rest 2 minutes b/w sets x 5.

WOD

Complete 6 rounds of:

4 pull-ups (Adv: C2B)
8 push-press (70-80% of a multi-rep max NTE 115/85lbs)
200m run

for time.

Post best power clean, overall time with push-press load & any modifications.
