Hang power clean: 15 minutes to build to a tough double
Complete 5 rounds of:
P1: Row 350/300m (If you can row 500m under 2:10 then go with 350m per round)
P2: 10 Box jumps, 8 Inverse burpees, 60ft bear crawl
(P1 & P2 must both be completed before moving on. Each partner does both P1 & P2 for 5 rounds for a team total distance of 3000-3500m rowed.)
Post best HPC x 2 and overall time.
