60-90s for upper body mobility b/w rounds.

B. Push-press 4, 2, 2. Rest 2 minutes.

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

200m run

7 hang power cleans (Use 70-80% of double from 130110 NTE 135/95lbs)

Post best SP x 2 & 5, Push-press x 2 and overall rounds + load.

    Do we do the lunges with or without the DB? Also what position do we hold the DB (shoulder/hip/front rack)?

  • Hey Brad, I replied on Friday’s comments (they fall at the top of the post which is opposite to what it used to be). Here is the answer:
    The SA DB Squat should be held at shoulder so I could have called it a SA waiter’s squat. The WLs are unweighted.
