Complete 2 rounds NFT of:

10 TnG Deadlift (light & smooth efforts)

8 H/R push-ups

10 DB squat cleans

Rest as needed to add deadlift load and/or work on some mobility.

Strength/Skill Development 

A1. Back squat 4, 2, 4, 2, 4, 2

A2. Weighted pull-up  4, 2, 4, 2, 4, 2

Partner WOD

Complete 4 rounds of:

P1 15 RKBS (NTE 2pd)
P1 8 Gob squat

P2 60m DB Farmer’s Carry  (NTE 65/45lbs)

for time.

P1 & P2 must complete each segment before switching tasks.  The workout is complete once both partners have completed 4 rounds of each task.
