Warm-up

Complete 3 rounds NFT with 6-10 of:

BTN press

Goblet squat

DB high pull

Knees to elbows

Rest to add load each round as able.

Strength/Skill Development

A1. Snatch 1.1.1.  Rest 10s b/w reps x 4 sets. (If you power snatch it then OHS each rep as able)

A2. C2B pullups: AMRAP -1 x 3 sets. (If less than 3 C2B pull-ups then add in 1-2 weighted 4-6 seconds eccentrics per set.)

Partner WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

P1: DB C&J x 8 tough
DB BSU x 16 (8/leg)

P2: Row for max meters until partner is ready to switch.

Post best snatch x 3, total C2B pull-ups & total reps completed (48 possible per team per round) & total meters rowed.
