A1 Deadlift  5, 3, 5, 3, 5, 3

A2 Single arm DB Press 4-6/arm x 5

WOD

Row max calories in 1 minute

Immediately followed by:

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

DB snatch x 10 (5/arm alternating arms)

Bear crawl 50ft (1 point for every 25ft)

As soon as the 5 minutes has expired:

Row max calories in 1 minute

Post best DL x 3, DB press x 6/arm & total score (Combine cals from both rows with possible 12 points per round of the AMRAP) & DB load.
