NTE 3 Rounds.

Strength/Skill Development

Sumo Deadlift @ 21X1;  10, 8, 6, 4, 2. Rest 2 minutes

WOD

Complete 4 rounds of:

8 Front Squats (from floor  with ~60-70% multi-rep max NTE 145/115lbs)

10 Burpees

for time.

Post best SDL x 8/2 & overall time with FS load.
