Shanna finished 10th in Saturday’s Crush competition. The highlight of Saturday was a 195lbs clean PR in the first event (build to a max clean in 8 minutes). Shanna had one attempt at 200lbs before time expired. After Saturday the top 32 advanced for the bracket-style single elimination format on Sunday. Above is the second workout on Sunday qualifying her into the top 8 where she was then eliminated.

1 minute: AMRAP Inverse Burpee Slammer (NTE 30/20lbs)
1 minute: AMRAP Cals on Airdyne
