Nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013 while fighting a fire in Yarnell, AZ. Here is where you can make a donation to support the families of the lost heroes. Your support will be collected by the CrossFit Kids Foundation where 100% of the donations will be distributed to the families.  This workout will be performed by a handful of top CFers later today in Prescott, AZ.  You can view live footage here at 4pm EST today.

Warm-up

AMRAP in 12 min with 4-10:

Front squats

Hip extension (1s pause @ top, hold load as able)

1-arm DB OHS

Bear crawl 100ft

NTE 3 rounds.

WOD

“Hotshots 19″

Six rounds for time:

30 Squats

19 Power cleans (Use ~50-60% of a multi-rep max NTE 135/95lbs)

7 Strict pull-ups or tough ring-rows

400m Run

Post time/load and any modifications.
