F3 Happens This Sunday!

i_MCBRIDE121509CFA-20_crop_square_smallHey CFA Family-COME PLAY! Come alone, bring your family, bring a friend… But get yourself to CFA for a special event on Sunday, September 22 to honor Coach Randy and his deployment to Afghanistan. It’s called F3: Families Fueling Freedom. It’s going to be a really fun and innovative workout that will be equally challenging for the experienced crossfiter as it will to those just starting out. Likewise it is totally accessible to individuals that are not involved in crossfit or any other fitness regimen.  If they can walk about a mile, get up unassisted from a laying down position, touch their toes and pick their arms up over there head-they can do this workout. So please encourage your family members, friends, colleagues, patients, clients, etc to come celebrate their fitness with us!

And if the WOD isn’t enticing enough, hopefully you can get them there with the food. FUEL Food Truck and Catering is setting up a major spread ( Click here for the menu) but a good head count is important to make sure they have enough food so please either register here http://communityfitnessevents.com/register/ or sign up on the sign up sheet at the front desk at CFA today!
It’s $20 for a shirt and $10 for a meal or $25 for both. We’ll wear the shirts every Friday until Randy comes home!

If you know Randy, you know that one of his greatest points of pride has been the vibrant growth of the CFA Community and we can’t think of a better way of honoring that with a strong showing of old and new faces alike. However, please know that you are more than welcome to show up as a family of 1. You will not be alone and we will help get you paired up appropriately.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, September 22… BRING IT!
