Wods For Warriors Crossfit Competition – Veteran’s Day weekend, Nov 9-10, 2013

Will you miss out on the Beer City Beatdown in October? Or if that comp wet your appetite, are you ready for more? Consider the Wods for Warriors Crossfit Competition, Nov 9-10.

Proceeds from the this comp will be donated to Pets for Vets, a charity organization. The Pets for Vets program is dedicated to supporting veterans and providing a second chance for shelter pets by rescuing, training and pairing them with America’s veterans who could benefit from a companion animal.

Becca will be competing on saturday and has been to this venue in Georgia before, if you are interested, feel free to ask her any questions.

Sat is Individual Comp, Sun is Teams Comp

Kids Individual – 7 – 9 years old and 10 – 12 years old
*Teens (13-17) can participate in the SCALED Divisions of the Individual or Team Competitions. They must be accompanied by a parent at the event.

Teams of 4 (2 Men and 2 Women) – RX and Scaled

    Also, just to pick a few nits:

    The 7 o’clock class (not sure about others), for part B, completed 2 min AMRAP of 5 push ups & 10 (not 15 per the website) air squats as directed on the board…
