The National Pro Fitness League is a new team sport scheduled to kick off in 5 cities across the U.S. in late summer 2014.  The combines happen later this month!

Warm-up

AMRAC in 8 minutes:

Back Squat,
Burpee Toes 2 Bar,

Strength/Skill Development

A1.: Push Press ( @ 21X1; 3-6 x 3)

A2. : Bent Over Row (@ 21X0; 4-8 x 3 With DBs, report combined load. )

A3. : Axle Front Rack Reverse Lunge ( x 10-16 Steps. Rest 2 min x 3 )
