Super fun competition that offers 2 person teams (either female/female or male/male) and Individual. Rx and Scaled categories and it very close by.
We had a great group from CFA last year that represented in both Indiv and Team competition.
Nadia took 2nd overall for Women’s RX and there were awesome performances all around, lots of PRs in the Clean ladder and DU wod!
There is a small group already planning on going this year from CFA- Are you interested?

On Memorial Day (Monday, May 26th), we are encouraging participation in the full or a scaled version of Murph at Summit CrossFit to remember the fallen soldiers on Memorial Day & share in the celebration of Asheville’s continued success in the growth of health and fitness with Summit CrossFit’s 1 year gym anniversary. Heats for Murph are happening 10-6p and one can sign up for free on Community Fitness Events here. Summit is located across from Brother Wolfe at 21 McArthur Ln
CrossFit Asheville will have open gym from 5:00am until 12:00 noon. Stay Active Clinic will be open but there will not be any regularly scheduled classes. The gym will close for the day at noon so you can enjoy your Memorial Day festivities.

The 2014 Greenville Games presented by Crossfit Reaction will be held on July 25th & 26th at the Piedmont Athletic Complex. This years’ edition will kick off Friday afternoon for Rx Individuals and Rx Teams. Saturday morning, all athletes and teams will join the battle to see who is the Fittest, Fastest and Strongest.
Rx Divisions will perform five total workouts.
Two workouts Friday (July 25th). Heats begin at 4pm.
Three workouts on Saturday (July 26th). Heats will begin 8:30am.
Scaled Divisions will perform three workouts over the course of Saturday (July 26th). Heats will begin at 8:30am.
Prizes will be awarded for the top three finishers of each division. The Affiliate Cup will be presented to the box with the highest representation, as well!
