While in chiropractic college I learned a great deal about human mechanics, movement efficiency, and training theory that I easily related to my training mistakes of the past. While the desire to work hard comes from the heart one cannot ignore the success from working smart. Knowledge of the body, the repair mechanisms, and proper movement patterns allow great efforts to be truly rewarded.
There are many people in our society unhappy about how they feel, how they move, or how they look. While there are many factors in life over which we have no control, we DO have control over the decisions made in our own daily lives. All of these decisions whether seemingly big or small work to shape who we are and how we perceive ourselves.
Allow yourself the opportunity to take a chance and discover your true capabilities. I am living proof that athleticism is an acquired skill. Regardless of your present or past ability I can help you work towards reaching your own goals and experiencing your own athletic potential.

Perfection of human movement is both my passion and my career. The display of control and grace under conditions of duress are what allow for both injury prevention and athletic dominance. Your fitness and life goals, whatever they may be, are achieved through the pursuit of perfection. To do this in a supportive community atmosphere, such as CrossFit Asheville, is powerful, inspiring, and successful. It is my desire to help you fulfill the mantra: Just Be Awesome.

I have continually chosen careers that allow me to help others. Whether through my military service, working as a counselor, paramedic, guide or teacher I’ve dedicated myself to being as strong as I could be and helping others achieve the same. CrossFit allows me to continue that pursuit well beyond just the physical aspects. CrossFit permits me to utilize all my past experiences to help people achieve their goals for personal fitness, as well as growth and development. For me it has been the key to personal empowerment.
It can, if you allow it, make you stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally.
