		<description>Amen, tbone. I think a 3 to one ratio is pretty fair. Especially when you are going through the learning curve. Coach Daniel mentioned an equal substitution would be tuck jumps if you can&#039;t do double unders. That sounds brutal. Great wod today.</description>
