Getting Started

CrossFit Asheville’s On Ramp Program is a six week program designed to familiarize beginners of ALL ability levels with CrossFit fundamentals and allow a progressive introduction to the intensity levels of CrossFit training.  Participants will be prepared for a smooth transition into CFA’s group classes upon completion.

CrossFit Asheville’s On Ramp Classes are all full  for  March  and April  2010.

April On Ramp
Start Date:
Monday April 19th for 6 weeks

Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm

Reserve your spot!

A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot in the class. Deposits can be accepted at the gym (directions here) with Visa, MC, check or cash.  We can also run credit cards over the phone.  You can contact me to set up a time to come into the gym or feel free to swing by during any of our scheduled class times (Schedule here).  If you stop in without an appointment please allow 10-20 minutes to ensure a coach is available to run your card and get your contact information.  We reserve spots in the order that we receive deposits.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please note that the gym will be closed this Saturday March 6th due to CFA’s participation in the sectional qualifiers for the International CrossFit Games.  We will be at the gym on Friday evening March 5th as well from 4:30-5:30pm since we are closed Saturday.  The next session will begin mid-late June.  Please contact me with suggestions for days and times that may fit your schedule for this session.

Remaining Balance of $75 will be due the first week of class. ($175 for 12 sessions)

Make-up Sessions: We have complimentary make-up sessions weekly typically Saturday mornings at 10am.  If you need to miss a class and are unable to attend one of our make-up session we offer private coaching sessions at a discounted rate of $25.
