Weekly Ladies Hiking Group
Hiking is a great form of active recovery and a fun way to be active outside of the gym. Come have fun in nature and connect with others! Hikes will be at 10am in varying locations and typically be 1-2 hours in duration. All CFA and Stay Active Clinic ladies are welcome to attend and bring along female friends or family members. If you’re man enough to Walk the Walk then you need to join us on Saturday April 27th in downtown Asheville — show the women in your life that you are willing to take a stand, put on some heels, and march with other men against sexual violence.

Mad Mountain Mud Run June 1st, 2013
Join us on Saturday, June 1, for an adventure you won’t forget. Teams of four will race the approximately 3 mile course and traverse mud pits, creeks, gooey crawls, climbing obstacles (you will need your teammates!) and more. Those who dress in creative team uniforms will have the biggest smiles, and those who emerge the muddiest will have achieved a great victory (MUD RULES)! Register here.
